ZLXWI series intelligent controller is developed by our company
based on the severe environment and rampant theft of electricity in
some of the oil fields.
The main functions and features are as follows:
1. "Intermittent power supply" is the only power and supply system,
according to the working characteristic of beam pumping unit, and
only suitable for this characteristic. That is, take advantage of
the inertia produced by the beam pumping unit when it arrives at
top dead center and moves down to turn off power of the motor, and
when it moves up, supplying power, to complete the cycle of the
working procedures so that the pumping unit is always dragging the
motor power in the state of frequent "flash off". Then avoid the
electricity theft.
2. The products possess the following characteristics:
(1) There are control devices to match motor voltage of pumping
units in oil field. Such as 380V, 660V, 1140V and so on, can meet
the requirements.
(2) Adopt intelligent module as control unit and greatly improved
its stability and operational time.
(3) Easy to install, simple to use. One can complete installation
and debugging according to manual installation of the product
without the complex process of debugging. Single installation or
form a complete set with power distribution cabinet in oil
production station, which increases flexibility of use. (4) Obvious effect of avoiding electricity theft. After
installation, it can effectively prevent burglar from stealing
electricity by of power terminal supply, such as cable, well-head
and power distribution cabinet.
(5) The product has two power supply circuit, that is,
"intermittent power supply" and the "general power supply", which
increases reliability and reduced the rate of well stop. |
